Glenn Suokko: Marsh, Billings, Rockefeller in Woodstock
In a presentation of his new book, Marsh, Billings, Rockefeller in Woodstock, Glenn Suokko shares the story of three families and the impact they had on forging a greater environmental consciousness, as well as the role they played in shaping our current framework for preserving and cherishing natural beauty. In a concise reading and through his own photography and historic photographs from the Billings Family Archives, Suokko provides a unique tour of the Mansion, art collection, formal flower gardens, and forest at Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park and the working dairy farm and agricultural history museum at Billings Farm & Museum.
