Please join us when Deirdre & Caleb share photos & stories from Dierdre's new book
Libation: A Bitter Alchemy  and from her re-released book In Late Winter We Ate Pears: A Year of Hunger & Love.  Deirdre and Caleb are members of SlowFood and Vermont Fresh Network, working with local farmers and growing their own garden to supply ingredients for their restaurant.  Deirdre has studied wine and wine producing throughout Italy and has begun making her own Vermont label micro-vintage wine, brandies & nocino.  Both books are locally published by Chelsea Green.
